Job situation

Settling in to the job although the extra commuting is a bit tiring. Have a preferred route to walk between between Central and Bath Street (which does not include Blythswood Street) Office just been refurbished so very civilised surroundings and the people seem nice.

Good to hear, Les.
No need for trauma at your advanced age.
Do have your own lavatory.

All in and sans the extra commute it sounds like a win situation.
I would love for Les to write a poem about wine for CG's thread. I know that he is an accountant. It's not like he's manker hearted (he wouldn't dream of harshing a single soul off of the board). Unlike manker...who hounded some of the forum's finest into internetz retirement. He even bought his wife a posh silver bin for a present ffs.
Anyhoo, I'll bet Les has a propensity for poetry.

Job sounds fine. Good to hear.
What's wrong with Blythswood Street.
I don't actually have my own toilet but neither do I share a cubicle (unless absolutely necessary)
Wine is fine
especially at 2/9d per glass
I would pay more
if the vintage offered had class
but not much more
