Server to tracker host

Im thinking in create a new tracker. I have money, coders, uploaders, etc. I just don't know in which server host my tracker.

Which server so you think is the best to host a tracker?
How much RAM will i need if i plan to have 10,000 users?

I'd say Leaseweb, but I've heard that BREIN has been forcing them to close some trackers, so yeah.

I'd also go with 4GB ram.

He don't have much experience with trackers. Thats why I'm requesting this information here.
Well, i think the tracker would have about 1000 pers, for now.

I would rather have both lol

no good having a safe tracker if your pages take minutes to load and no one comes back. especially a new tracker.
