Thread: What are 8800 GT's worth these day?

    The drawback of ATI 4XXX series is that it consumes lot of power compared to Nc counterparts. So IMO getting a CF of ATI card(4XXX) would really need a good PSU(costly)!
    Nevrtheless 4XXXX are the best in midrange segment currently

    I was looking at the heatsink that i originally got with my 8800GT and it doesnt really suck air in were the fan is, it kinda pushes it around:s Apart from me and clocker has one else sought to replace their heatsink on them?

    GTX is alot better than a GT you can higher resultions and it'll cope with them better. But two 8800GT are good in SLI i think it'll be a more popular thing for them as they are going more and more cheaper
