Nobody has to share. Right it's better if more people do, but if certain people just want to download, who gives a crap. Weather you share tons of files, or share none, does that mean I'm going to look at you different? I could care less.

Right now I'm a leech, but that's mostly because my speakers are broken and I haven't even used kazaa for about a month, and also because I'm computer retarded and didn't know until recently that my brother, who downloaded the program in the first place, turned it off.

That said, I'd like to weigh in on the to share/not to share debate. Of course people don't HAVE to share; it's their decision. At the same time, people who have decided to share can decide to not share with people who they consider leeches. Neither the person leeching or the person selectively sharing has much room to talk.

One of the reasons people don't share is because they're frightened of what may infeect their computer, although I know its safe I've d'l'd 4 games that do not work in the last 24 hours these are now shared (until I delete them)
