A long time ago, in the dim days of low version 6, DVDFab went off the tracks and began passing out time/use limited versions of their 'free' software.

In the last couple of months, they upgraded their entire system to 'version 7', leaving the version 6 behind. Just in time too, as several new 'tricks' were out there on various discs that ver6 could not crack.

But 7 had no problems, and cleared up a few lingering problems with specific wacky discs.

But there was a time limit on v7, of 30 days, and although the s/w license specifically says that the decrypter part of the s/w is not covered (only the 'advanced' portions).... guess what.

30 days hit and 'bingo', the entire program stops working, and one gets a nice little 'nagware' window announcing 'buy me' to continue working.

Fat chance; as to, when will you decide you need more money off v7, just like you did with v6?

    Update:

What's sad is, simply to get the base functionality (which they 'promise') of basic decryption, one has to go to, shall we say, dodgy means. Sad.
