Then some files associated with IE might be missing, try to upgrade IE.

upgrade also going to happen via internet access through IE..... i download and install old version of IE like IE6 & IE5... but still...i cant able to access internet on any version of IE

due to this i cant able to use putty, Yahoo Messenger etc...!!!

You haven't actually said what error message you get (if any). It's a bit difficult to diagnose the problem without that basic information.

For other programs, check if they've got options to use their own settings rather than IE settings. If they have and you can get them working that way, it seems like an indication that the problem is with the internet options for IE.
