Straight A Student Gets Busted For Weed

How did this guy do 30days in jail if he was in high school (I'm assuming he was under 18). And if so what freaking judge would take him out of school /if they have work release would'nt they have school release for underage kids in school.
Something about this reeks.

There is no way a kid did 30 days for a minor possesion charge. I dont know where he is from, but in the USA they have alternatives for going to jail. I.E. drug treatment programs. If it was his first time and it was only a possesion he should have got a regular piss test on his probation with a little bit of community service.

If it is true he deserved what he got cause he is a dumb ass for leaving it where his mommy could find it.
