I am sorry for your loss m8, i know it hurts, but better read faqs from now on, it is pretty clear there though there is a conflict about it though, the rules for getting banned or warned are stated clearly in the rules section, but none of the rules says that trading or giving away is the reason for ban or warning, but again they send you both of faqs and rules to read them. So they are high likely right
