Vista is not as bad as everyone is saying it is. SP1 fixed most of its problems.

I think that's the problem , we get bored and think there's something better out there . I keep coming back to XP Pro after trying a few different ones , wish Vista had some thing better to offer than memory allotment and Directx 10 tho .


I'm debating trying WinXP Borg 64 , just want to find an O/S that uses 64 bit and I could see a big improvement in multitasking other than showing my memory as 4 gb rather than 3.25 gb . I have over 8 gb of ddr2 ram just sitting here in a draw screaming to be used ....


I think that's my point I can't really see a better preforming o/s than XP for what I do . Simple browsing ,downloading , converting , burning movies and playing my card game at the same time .
