This sort of thing would also end the movie industries days of putting fake files on the network too bad it will never happen... but the problems would acure when they tried to sue someone for putting a fake file on the network example:

Mr. Sherman downloads a movie file and finds out that its a fake, he sues the movie industry for putting it on the network, the movie industry asks how he found out that the movie was fake, they then proceed to sue Mr Sherman for copywrite violations...plus it would be a media frensy
