If you scan both Lamsey's and TRshady's topics were they offer WinXP Corp. you'll find the answer.
The only reason I remember being said what activation. WinXP Pro has activation and Corp. don't.
They are exactly the same OS, and I remember someone saying that you can't even tell that it's the Corp. Version.

everything is the same, apart from you dont have to activate the corporate edition as its meant for big companies so they dont have to register every machine they have, but it helps us home users. get the corp edition lamsey posted with sp1 integrated

the only difference between xp pro and xp corp is xp corp is missing the 11 files in i386 installation folder that pro has that enable the activation procedure. no activation, no hassle innit! apart from that they identical
