Auto Gordian Knot - help please

Hi Guys

I have used this program a few times with good success.

But sometimes when I select the input file etc, then click on start, I end up with a very quick encoding (eg 5 minutes) and it produces a very small avi file.

I get confused as to which file to select as the input file.

Is it best to choose an info file or a vob, or several files, or all of them ?

Also it often comes up with a pgc file (or similar) and some of these are only a few minutes long and some are say 1.5 hours long.

Any suggestions please ?

Yes, I know that, but I have a couple of movies that have 3 info files. And when I choose some of them I get very small movies.

So I was wondering if there was a way of finding out first which one to choose ?
