    Bittorrent is a small windows client that works by downloading .torrents which are contain downloads whatever the .torrent said it was. It's basically P2P

    try shareaza
    i think it's the easiest way of downloading w/ bittorrent w/o having to care about much technical stuff...
    and you get 3 or 2 extra networks to connect to...

    edit:go to www.shareaza.com
    download the latest public beta
    install it
    run it
    then go to suprnova.org
    click on the torrents you like and have enough sources
    see it downloading...
