hi put in recover password and my pin and the code just goes to a blank page and never loads anything any ideas ?

thanks tried with both ff and ie so know its not a prowser prob also recently is sayin certificate is invalid for some reason

Add an exception for the certificate and it will work. True story.

NP. I had some trouble with it too and had to switch to IE and add an exception there to get it working. Fact.
