you can rent from ovh in directly with 23 Euro if ovh isn't supporting your country you need a reseller...(but in reseller 45 Euro) so you should look for a server partner

Yes, you better look on their offcial site... donno what are their prices, but with 30 E or a little more i think you can rent a seedbox for a whole month ..
