ipwn didnt start in any secret manner .. It had a open signups for a good amt of time before they became invite only .. though u can expect a new msic tracker(ipwn) with 2 k torrents to survive for long ... this has other stuff as well ...

I wouldn't invite members based on their rep points if I were you.
Look at their post and topic history's and ask friends if they know anything about them. That is,If you only want quality members like you said.

Agreed, from my experience here most (not all, but most) of the people with mid to high rep points are traders. Certainly you don't want to attract that kind of user now do you?Because you will have to be active here too
