Look at their post and topic history's and ask friends if they know anything about them. That is,If you only want quality members like you said.

Agreed, from my experience here most (not all, but most) of the people with mid to high rep points are traders. Certainly you don't want to attract that kind of user now do you?

FST has become a trader's haven. Certainly not a good place to recruit people for private trackers.

It is hard to believe that someone who boasts their FSC affiliation and gives/doesn't really give ScT invites doesn't have any friends to help him get to this site. The fact of the matter is that few have friends there since there is not many members to begin with (so I can understand that statement somewhat)...But most know (him excluded) that site has never taken off and there isn't any real reason to be there...

Too bad TakeMS wasn't here to invite him...
