it had 512 ram like this server so i wonder what about performance ...and i guess i will set up debian os so can i acces it's like windows remote desktop with VNC and use firefox ext utorrent like my own pc???

I have never read anyone that had any complaint about that server, u will max out the 100mbps..
the only problem is the 2TB limit ..

i read recently that keyweb shuts down servers with torrents. Have you looked at hosting-ie vps

well keyweb for me was good for the first 3 months...then they started throttling us....me n my friend shared one

I have done basically full speed both ways. Don't rune wine+utorrent, go with rtorrent.
Do not even try to use windows. Linux isn't that bad and once you get it up, you won't have to know much at all.
