Neither do the Chinese in fact it's a well know fact why they use sticks. This is because of the lower carbon footprint that sticks leave ..compared to say stainless steel cutlery! Now if all the billion Chinese decided over-night to use steel to eat their meals with..then the world would be over before 21-12-2012 ..So basically that makes them champions of our environment

Guess indians are Matriarchs of the environment ..
