Fastest way to upload to the seedbox.

What's the fastest way i can upload things from my computer to the seedbox hard disk in order to be able to upload them in a tracker using my seedbox.

FTP them to your box.

You're pretty much gonna have to use your home connection no matter what, so you might as well just release the torrent and seed it from your house. What I do if I want it on my box is just download it like I was a normal peer while seeding at home. Sure it will raise your download amount on the tracker but in the long run your upload will be much much higher.
