Is there somewhere a list helping to choose which seedbox provider is the best for me i.e. spec, price, etc?

Oddly enough, no. But you can read around these forums for your options. I'd write a list, but I don't think I could devote the time to updating it and such.

Some links off the top of the head:

http://www.jmhservices.com/ They offer torrentflux hosting, webui, and dedicated boxes.

http://www.ovh.co.uk/ When a seedbox discussion is started, these guys are usually always thrown in. Their dedicated servers start at £19.99 but they only sell to some countries (not usa !)

http://vectoral.info These guys are cheap, and they sell to most places as far as I'm aware. However, that cheapness comes with some drawbacks: Low bandwidth, and hardware from the neolithic era.

http://hosting-ie.com/ These guys are reselling ovh or keyweb or something like that. Their prices are decent, however their customer service is up for debate. A lot of people recommend staying away from the VPS and buying a dedicated server. Some people recommend avoiding them completely.

You can check those links out for prices, they're usually up front about it. If you need any help about choosing one don't hesitate to PM me.

I look for something around 40$/month to buffer account i.e. use it only one month.
    Do you have suggestion?

If you're looking for that price range, I'd try LeaseWeb. They sell to anyone, and you can pay with PayPal. If you're experienced with CentOS/Debian/FreeBSD, then I'd go with that. It has a 2TB bandwidth limit, so it's enough to use it for one month. Servers are also setup within 6 hours.

If it's too expensive or you want unlimited bandwidth, you can try OVH. But only if your country is elligible.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I'm from Canada and I don't want to invest more than 50US$ and I only need it for 1 month. I'm not very familiar with Linux, I look more for a Windows server.

    Is someone have other idea???

    Thanks a lot in advance!
