limiting seedbox bandwidth

i was thinking about getting a seedbox with a friend of mine. he only wants to pay for part of it. so i think it's only right to only give him so much of the gigs transferable. is there some way to monitor this. or limit it so once he uses his share it will automatically cut him off? thanks for help.

I don't know what your setup will be, but in torrentflux you can setup user accounts and limit him to 3 torrents total or something. Maybe you can limit bandwidth too, but I'm not sure.
