Actually u pause it and clik find more sources or while u search just clik auto search more when u find the file u want clik and and let it continue searching until u see a speed u like but if u let it search too long speed will decrease.

The REASON why speeds decrease if you let it search too long is your search forces a supernode jump which almost always kills your links to firewalled and router users. You continue to get the current chunk they're sending, but won't get a new chunk from them because the connect route is shot.

I'm sorry, I just don't seem to get this. So you search for a source, leave it on auto search, and then just leave it until you get a bandwidth that's good enough? Or do you start it downloading and then somehow add more sources as you go on? If it's the second one, how would you do that?

You can run searches for a couple minutes straight typically before jumping supernodes, and can do so again about once every 15mins to 1 hour.
If when you're running a search, it alternates very quickly between each break in the search and the NEXT search, then you might want to stop the search at that point because it has nearly exhausted its search range with that supernode and it's about to disconnect you and make a supernode jump.
