looking for an Axx Topsite

Hi all, i'm looking for an axx, topsite or ftp with a good pre-times. I'm an administrator of a french tracker so an axx with fr languages releases will be nice for me and and a minimun of 100Mbits data transfert speed.

If you want to know what is that tracker for proof, i only do that in Pm for my anonymity.

You definitely won't get any access on any kind of topsite/ftp on this public forum.
You have to be very well know in bittorrent scene and earn it somehow.
