Certain trackers don't like when you share the same account. If you both do something stupid like download the same torrent twice from the same account, or seed the same torrent twice with two different clients with the same passkey, you might get banned.

u can use the seedbox after informing the staff that the seed box with ip xyz" is being shared among two of u ..(or just post it in ur profile)
But do not do the mistake of downloading the same torrent as ur friend would have downloaded or vice versa ....
