    Sorry for being unclear.. "This hard drive" refers to the drive that you deleted the files from. It cannot be written to at all after the deletion. If you downloaded anything or copied any files onto the drive that you're trying to recover files, then it is too late to recover them.

    ps: Sorry this is so late (more than a week.)
    pps: I think you can substitute "partition" for "drive" above.
