It's about time we came back.

Hopefully your house was not burned down while we were away.

Nope, it didn't burn down, fortunately. I'm not on evacuation alert anymore, which is nice.

I can finally have more than three pair of socks.

things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

I am back too, I might even post a little more now my biggest work project is finished.

Hmmm death penalty...tricky...make martyrs...punish evil (?)....deterrent...
IMO it may work to prevent premeditated killers out for cash...but crimes of passion of any kind even if planned for cannot be deterred by the death penalty. maryrdom is only valid for those left behind with the same or similar beliefs.

As for mad people, they should not be responsible cos if they really are mad, then its not their fault...but who can really decide who is sane and who is not, who is responsible and who is not...

To commit murder must take a loss of some sanity no matter how rational the person seems to be...(I exclude war situations from this scenario)

Well...my 2 penneth worth for now......

Glad to hear your house is safe for now MN,

Not that this one needed the bump, but Hill, even if he were not, ah, mentally challenged, should have been taken down, and the media lined up and shot for treating his comments as if they worthy of such extensive coverage.

ok, i am normally against the death penalty cause I ask myself
"do we have the right to kill someone who killed someone?"
so we would not be better like this person.

and unfortunately - also if this is hard to understand and it is indeed -
criminals and murderers are also just humans (unfortunately) and will act like this.

Because of people suffering and because óf all the violent events on the world,
we have to share our thoughts openly to underatand each other better and to probably prevent some sufferings or violence...

also if it is hard sometimes and sometimes it is to be opened it is important :)

    thanks anyway, david.

Anyone who deliberately murders another human being loses their own right to life.

This should include serious cases of child molestation and rape.

If only we could be 100% sure we had the right person, I'd say f*ck 'em. The problem is ......
