The reason i am requesting a invite to ftn/ptn/gft is because my upload speed is low it is very difficult for me to seed and maintain ratio.Even when i seed for a full week i only upload 30mb.I don't have problem seeding for long time but my upload speed is low so nobody is downloading from me

You should try Demonoid if you're unable to get into those trackers; although it has a ratio, it doesn't really count, so you can get some of your stuff there and practice building a decent ratio.
