Well for instructionals there's ProAudioTorrents, and for tabs http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ will always be better than a torrent site could be.A tracker for Guitar Players and about Music (educational) with learning videos, tabs and all kind of helpfull things
It would always be nice to have more guitar tutorials/videos uploaded to PAT though

I will wan a tracker that caters specially to asian content. Asia dramas tv shows (esp those variety shows from taiwan) movies, music video. and a strong chinese music tracker. There is no private chinese music tracker. I will start one if i have the resources and man power. There is a problem that people just hit and run cause there is no ratio to maintain. files are dead quickly and difficult to find. Hope someone can change this and create a strong community for asians. ^_^

ADC is pretty good, i have crappy internet though (ie download limits) so i can't really go downloading full dvds all the timeI use boxtorrents for anime, the speeds aren't great but its easy to seed back and theres a lot of content.
Yeh on my imaginary tracker there would be asian tv shows, music and MVs, and HD stuff as well. Basically a massive community with a ton asian of content, that'd be soo good...

seems it's trendy to make its own tracker... but seriously, i think that we already have more than we need with all the trackers existing... so my answer is : we don't need anything more.
