This is definitely not the first freeleech. It is the second for me and I have not been there since the tracker started.

That's not what I said. They've had plenty of freeleech periods before, but that's just on some special torrents, like all torrents uploaded in 2007.
This is the first time it's FL on EVERY torrent.

Are you sure about that? I think at the time I joined it was every torrent as well. Which would be about a year ago... Last years birthday celebrations?

I think they have some problems with their invite system.
The newest member (as you can see @ home page) is a test user witch signed up 5 days ago.

Invites are closed and that message just hasn't been changed.

Anyways it says: "Max userlimit (3,000) has been reached. Please try back later since accounts get pruned for inactivity". Something you would normally see on an open registration tracker, which NB is not.
