How to max 100 mbit connection?

I'm not saying that 9-10 MB/sec isn't fast, but merely that there would be room for improvement. Why I'm such a bitch about this then you may ask. Well, I've kind of chosen my current apartment based on the internet connection that they provide here, as I've always dreamed about a truly fast connection. Not being able to fully maximize it makes me kinda sad.

Haha.. that's pretty hardcore to choose your apt based on internet.. but anyway.. you're better off leaving 2-3MB/s free for fast browsing anyway
