"sharman Networks" Going After Kazaalite At All?

Hallow,

I looked through the FAQ and couldn't find anything about what Kazaa actually thinks about Kazaa Lite. I'm asking this because on Techlive (I think that was the show anyway) yesterday, Kazaa requested Google take down the directory slot for Kazaa Lite based on copyright infringement, of all things! Anyone hear about this? Google complied, btw (I checked myself)

K++ isn't really copyright infringement. It's more of a licence thing.

KMD is supposed to be used as is. K++ acts as a loader which removes the extraneous stuff, therefore amending the program at start-up.

Kazaa sucks but K-lite rulez
i remember i was hacked bigtime through one of the spyware things (i mean it was savenow)
and that pissed me off bigtime.
so up yours kazaa and hail to K-Lite

I'm guessing that there isn't much public knowledge about how far Kazaa is willing to go against Lite, eh? Almost everything I've read here I already know anyway (except the license thing)
