did it come out on the pc? or is ther a game like it where you control actual units on a battle feild. not like comand and conqour just like kessen?

There was a TV Show on uk television lastnight called Time Commanders.where 4 ppl was put against a computer with the mind of general. they reenacted famouse battles of old, the show looked like it was run on the kessen 3 engine on the ps3 but i was wondering if it was availible on PC or there was a game close to it for the pc cuz id like to play online.
