    What I am looking for Is a Video & Audio program,
    That speeds up or slows Video & Audio streams down to a significant rate.
    I admit I don't know of any programs like, that's why I ask.

    Reason: I found this site that contains a lot of 3DS Max tutorials there.
    Only problem Is they play a very fast rate, I hope someone can help.

    After searching for the last couple of hours I've found a player I can use.
