punk rock is faster upbeat and most of them are posers. they're the kind of bands that don't write thier own music and lyrics and do what the record label tells them to do in order to sell a lot of albums.

rock artists actually make thier own music and write thier own lyrics. most of the music is heavier and doesn't sound popish as much as punk rock. rock is a larger genre than just punk rock. you could probably say rock is in a transitional phase (metal,nu-metal,metal/rap,rock) whatever you want to call it.

I have to say after reading every single of you posts, i've come to the conclusion that you are the most idiotic child that has no idea what he is saying and couldn't win an argument to save his life...you have completely no idea about anything really...give up on talking music...just listen to it...the world would be a much better place...

some sports fans are like that, they only like a team when their winning

if your a fairweather friend to punk rock or any other certain type of music, you only like it when its popular
