Div3 Problem

I've got a div3 encoded movie, & ever, when I try to watch it with videolan, it just read about 30 minutes.

Is it that my movie has been corrupted ? (I don't think so cos it's the second time i download it)
Is there an issue?

PS:

-Bs player & windows media player can't even recognize the file

-I've got the kazaalite codec pack installed

why can't it be corrupted it you downloaded it twice???

Because I had the same problem the first time I downloaded it.
