coz you cant clarify there, they got the power and you not he can do kick and then ban or directly ban lol but here he cant

to clarify one thing i don't think any one kicks or bans any one on the irc unless you was a previous cheater or trader and are there just to whine about it. ive actually banned no one and have only kicked my friends for fun . so dont be scared
