I was looking around other forum, then I saw FTN invite.
I sent him email with other proofs and his answer is..

I think FTN is the best tracker in the world, i'm ex Uploader that's why i have 1 invite.

I'm pretty sure he's asking for you to pay for the invite, not that you need paypal to sign up lol

I really don't think an FTN uploader would be selling an invite. Just 'cos he says he has one doesn't mean he does...
