How Can You Downlaod Thw Whole Interent?

I would suggest winrar or winzip zip the whole internet into 1 maneagable file then unzip when needed

i wonder what connection speed you'd actually need to be able to download content faster than it was added.
what i mean is, there is content being added to the internet daily, so if you did want to download the entire content of the internet, you'd have to be able to download faster than content was put up.
