it need invite only and its security is PERFECT. it shoud be level 5 at least
why do you want HD-Corea? just Korean Drama?
+ Even if you get invite, connecting to HD-Corea is horribly difficult.
(ATM, invite need staff's permission.)
So, you must have good ratio proof in other HD-Trackers, like HDBits, Bit-HDTV and so on.
and Korean users mostly(70~80% I think) use 100MBps up/down line.
Considering this, tell me why you want HD-Corea?

Security of HDC is extremely increased.
(I agree with the LaTTe's comment)
you might feel uncomfortable to connect to HDC if you get in.
and the process of registration is difficult.
staffs'll require your ratio proof and profile link.
also, you should overcome the high speed of Korean & language problem.
but, HDC is the best site for Korean HD stuff.
