well, in fact it's a tracker and a forum. the tracker is used to fill members requests and share special movies/music/files that are being discussed in the forums or that people simply want to share with other revolters.
i had some rare requests filled on revolt that i couldn't find anywhere else and it's always fun to share some music or movies you like. people are friendly, thankful and appreciate what you share.
and the tracker is ratio free - no ul/dl stats at all

the main focus is on the forums of course. so to say it's a forum is right, but not "just"
