I would just use one of the 0-day sites to get Photoshop, add-ons, etc. and BitMe has tons of Photoshop and photography books, guides, tutorials, etc.

Well, Waffles had a nice resources section, Demonoid has some nice Photoshop resources too. As for non-torrent, Iget all my brushes from Deviantart, and all my stocks from sxc.hu if your interested
Also, pixel2life.com has some amazing tutorials covering everything.
