I have a Porn folder with about 5,000 pictures in it and when I double click on the folder it takes a while to come up and it also takes a while to view the pictures in the folder. What I was wondering is if there was a setting or something I can change to make it load faster. Thank

its probably coz you viewing the pictures as thumbnails and these are taking time to load. open the folder then click view in top toolbar and then select list or tile or details, this will stop all the image preview showing.

my athlon 2700 (with 512 meg ram) struggles when opening folders with a lot of pics in them

ok ill try that but the problem is I dont know how to sort them and what to name them and plus itll take a long time LOL.

how much memory you got installed? what processor etc you got?

u could put like 200-400 in a subfolder each.
e.g My Porn 1 - 400 Images
My Porn 2 - 400 Images
