How to setup RSS in Ubuntu w/Utorrent?

Quick question...I'm using Utorrent 1.8.1 on a Ubuntu box w/Wine.

I've always right clicked"save as" the .torrent links, and then manually added them in Utorrent.

On some sites, when the file goes to save it comes up named "download.php or torrent.php" instead of a .torrent, they still work fine tho.

My question is tho, is this going to mess with the RSS feed at all?

I havent tried the RSS yet, but would like to get it setup as I hear its great for maxing out upload throughout the day while away.

Can anyone point me to a guide on the RSS?

Lets say I wanted gears 2 to auto-start....how would that be accomplished?
