there is no best imo, different rappers may appeal to different people, some lyriccs make more sense to one group of people than another, so for me the best rapper is 2pac

Don't listen to hiphop much but probably one of the real hip-hop artists from 80's/early 90's. Hard to decide.. N.W.A or De La Soul probably.
