the min requirement is that you have to be over 13 years old.

The only requirement to get in is to find yourself an invite. I wouldn't worry about it though. The site is down more than it's up, and any content there you can find everywhere else.

Yes. The reason why they pick you that way is because they want to see how good your business skills are so when they get sued you can get them out of trouble with your lying skills.

^spot on. they just steal the popular releases from other trackers, so if you have a good assortment of trackers, then you have no need for ptn.

Well, I didn't want to give the OP the impression that PTN is a horrible tracker, because it's not. It has some really nice and helpful staff, and members there are excellent at filling requests.

I just wanted to let the OP know that if he's going to put in the time to chase an invite, that he may want to give it some more consideration since the site really doesn't offer anything different(content wise) that other trackers, that he's probably already a member of, have.
