Just yesterday I upgraded my connection speed.. Now I have 65 kb/s upload speed.. and got good ratios in HDBits (house.s5e6..)

I max out around 70kB/s. My ratios are just fine.

I get arount 2.5 to 3MB from home, comcast.

Comcast's max upload speed is less than 60kB/s, I think you've gotten the upload/download confused.
