My max upload is about 40 kB/s and I have a ratio of over 2 on BCG so if you're smart you'd have no problems at all.

UG is strictly for older gaming. It goes from PS1 back. BC has all that too, but it goes up to the newer gaming also.
If you're into the newer gaming, then I would definitely get into BC. Or even bitGamer. But I would hold onto UG for all those older games. That site has an awesome collection of all the older gems.
