Is it possible to call someone nearby via bluetooth?
(since it is possible to send files it must be pssible to call , no?)
And if so how does one perform such an act?

If they're close enough to call via bluetooth (which isn't hactually possible as far as I'm aware) then they're close enough to shout at.

I thought that only the computer dongle's were 100m, but i've just read somewhere on the interweb that the new phones have 100m range
