    Anyone can hit and run as much as they want to, if they choose to.
    No registration required to dowloadd torrents,
    No annoying PM's about how they need donations to keep the server running.
    Well if this is not the best i probabaly dont know what is...
    so i chose TPB.

    the best tracker is TL, its been around since feck knows when it rocks. cept bitme is my personal favorite.
